Wow! I cannot say enough about our event!!! Amy was THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!! We all just loved her! She added an element that we didn't even know was missing from the event. She made it so much more special, I can't even tell you. Not to mention how both she and Heather chipped in to help me set up after it took me an hour to get there from Fisherman's Wharf! I was freaking out! Anyway, upon the very last raffle ticket hitting the bread plate, the troops came up the stairs and all was well! It was a huge, huge hit! We had a ball!! We will definitely ask for Amy the next time we plan an event. I will tell all my fellow planners, as well. I love the Hornblower cruise. I can't get enough of it. I tell everyone about it and encourage every passer by to go. The city from it's vantage point is so breath taking and the service, food and just everything is always the best.

As you know, we have had a number of Genentech events this year as the company continues to do research into cancer-fighting drugs. These biotech scientists do intense work in their jobs, so offsites are a great time to unwind from the pressure of their lengthy projects which are often a few years in duration. Every one of their event planners has lauded your efforts, and made special mention of how you made their event such a big success. Whether you were acting as DJ, Karaoke host, or team-building leader, they wanted to acknowledge your unique skills and thank you for the happy faces at the end of each event. As these word-of-mouth Genentech clients call me, they are requesting you by name... great job! I rarely ever take the time to write a compliment, but in this case I feel compelled. It is getting more and more rare these days to find people who truly go above and beyond to deliver what I consider exceptional service. Amy did just that. She made me feel very welcome at the event, like a friend rather than a guest. Her enthusiasm, playfulness and genuine affection for people was quite obvious, and never diminished throughout the evening. Her skill in getting people relaxed and involved with the karaoke and dancing, etc. demonstrated strong people skills, and was additional evidence that she really enjoys her work. A big thanks you to you for your piano entertainment and for providing the Phantom of the Opera show. We were a little nervous about booking the entertainment without previewing it first. Our group has a reputation of being hard to please and is used to having the best. In fact, when the Phantom show started, we were watching our group rather than the show, and they were mesmerized! The entertainment certainly met, and exceeded, your description.
